I get it.
Because I’ve been where you are…
I know what it’s like to get a message you should ignore (the kind that sends your heartbeat racing and your stomach sinking).
But the guilt, the fear and the self-doubt—all felt much stronger than me.
Which is why for years, I just lived in survival mode:

I began rebuilding myself from the body up—using somatic techniques, nervous system regulation, breath-work, and movement.
